Hello! My name is Bean and I'm currently a freelance artist. I work with a variety of different clients, from personal art collectors to streamers and content creators. I'm always looking to improve my work and expand my field of work! I aspire to one day diversify my skill set to 3D and long term projects such as a game or comic. Extra Notes
I will accept NSFW fanart commissions only if the other person (if it is a person) gives permission to do so.
I will charge extra for major changes after the sketch phase. This includes and not limited to: outfit, poses, color palette, etc. Excessive changes will stress me out and I will terminate the commission.
Characters with more complex designs will be charged more.
I do not do deadlines. If you give me a reasonable time I will try to make it by then, but it is not a guarantee. I am currently still a college student so classes and other work can get in the way of working on commissions, so please be patient with me.

Payment Information
I will start the commission once I receive full payment ( unless we have discussed a payment plan before hand )
I mainly take payment through Paypal (USD), with the use of invoices. Other payment options such as Venmo and Cashapp.
Payment plans are available for commissions that are +$300. Live2D models require a nonrefundable down payment before starting artwork.

Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if I deem that I cannot complete it because I'm not satisfied with the produce I'm producing, or I've taken over 6 months to complete the artwork. Other than that, I will not negotiate with refunds.
When a refund is issued, you cannot use the artwork for other projects. You cannot commission or ask someone else to complete it, or edit it in any way.
Unless I have not started the commission, you will not be getting a full refund.
Charge backs are strictly forbidden if we haven't agreed on it previously.

Artwork Usage
Only me and the original commissioner have permission to repost and use the artwork.
You must properly credit me when reposting or using my artwork. You cannot edit my artwork without my permission. This includes: banners, changing the colors, adding extra things on the artwork, etc.
Using my artwork as a profile picture, or banner, requires credit in your bio. All commissioned artwork is automatically for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Please contact me about commercial use.
Without my explicit permission, you cannot use my artwork for commercial use / monetization. This includes (but not limited to):
Using my artwork to promote paid services ( subscription based services, selling a product )
Selling and making merchandise using my artwork
Putting my artwork behind a paywall ( like Patreon )
You cannot use my artwork for NFTs or Crypto purposes.
I reserve the right to use these commissions as examples and portfolio pieces.
